Warranty Coverage
TitanFit Gear offers the following warranty coverage on products purchased directly through our website or authorized resellers within the United States:
- Frames and Structural Components – Lifetime Warranty
Covers steel frames and welded components on all strength equipment against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. - Moving Parts (e.g., pulleys, cables, hinges) – 2-Year Warranty
Covers mechanical parts that are subject to wear and tear, provided they are used and maintained according to our guidelines. - Upholstery, Grips, and Coatings – 90-Day Warranty
Covers padding, rubber handles, and painted or coated surfaces against defects in workmanship. Does not cover normal wear, abuse, or cosmetic damage from cleaning products. - Cardio Equipment (e.g., treadmills, bikes, rowers)
- Frame: Lifetime Warranty
- Drive Motor: 5-Year Warranty
- Electronics: 2-Year Warranty
- Labor: 1-Year Warranty
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, scuffs, fading)
- Commercial or institutional use unless otherwise specified (residential warranty only)
- Accidental damage, including from drops, moisture, or power surges
- Cosmetic damage or noise that does not affect function
Proof of Purchase
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and requires a valid proof of purchase. Please retain your order confirmation, invoice, or receipt as it may be requested during the claims process.
How to File a Warranty Claim

In some cases, TitanFit Gear may request that the defective product be returned for inspection. If your claim is approved, we will cover the cost of replacement parts or products and may also provide return shipping labels.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TitanFit Gear shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
