Returns
You may return most new, unused items purchased from TitanFit Gear within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
- The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@equip-gyms.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
Please do not return items without prior approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), TitanFit Gear will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong item), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- We recommend using a trackable service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order.
Refund processing time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 6 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened resistance bands, yoga mats, or apparel
- Custom-built or special-order equipment
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
